This delicate brooch was born from the meeting of imagery and ornamentation. Crafted from a silvery zinc alloy, its openwork frame evokes the elegance of ancient adornments.

At its heart lies an original photograph of a Black Madonna, captured and printed by myself on baryta paper—a refined, textured surface that preserves every nuance of light and shadow.

The image is sealed beneath a glossy layer of resin, like a timeless ex-voto, suspended between devotion and memory.
